Google Earth, il servizio per l'esplorazione del globo grazie alle immagini satellitari, potrebbe diventare una specie di social network. La compagnia di Mountain View, infatti, avrebbe intenzione di permettere agli utenti di caricare documenti diversi - storie, testi, foto e video - relativi ai luoghi.

La novità - riportata da numerosi siti specializzati -  rafforza la spinta sempre maggiore sulla condivisione di Google che da febbraio sul servizio di Mappe ha introdotto una funzione per creare liste di luoghi preferiti da condividere con chiunque.
