Giovedì 29 settembre, a partire dalle ore 21, è indetto uno sciopero nazionale dei treni che durerà fino alle 21 di venerdì 30 settembre 2016.

La mobilitazione è stata indetta dai sindacati autonomi Cat, Cub e Sgb in merito alle trattative per il rinnovo del contratto nazionale di lavoro, e che coinvolgerà i dipendenti di Trenitalia, Trenord e Ntv, la società che gestisce i treni Italo.
